SHIPPING POLICY

At LittleLundsCo, every order is lovingly handmade to order by a mom-owned, family-run small business. Once your piece is complete, we carefully package it and ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage.


SHIPPING METHODS

  • USPS Ground Advantage (standard shipping)

  • USPS Priority Mail — available upon request for faster delivery

If you need your order sooner, please reach out before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate a Priority upgrade when possible. 💛

TRACKING & DELIVERY TIMES

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Delivery times provided by USPS are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.


SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once your package has been dropped off with USPS and scanned as accepted, it is officially in the carrier’s possession. LittleLundsCo is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once USPS has accepted the shipment.

If your tracking shows a delivery issue, we recommend contacting USPS directly using your tracking number for the fastest resolution.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
