We know how special your LittleLundsCo bracelets can be, especially when they're made for life's sweetest moments. If your bracelet breaks or needs a little extra love, we're happy to help get it back on your wrist!

Bracelet Restringing

If your LittleLundsCo bracelet breaks and you still have all of the original beads, we offer restringing for $10.

Simply gather the beads you have and contact us before sending your bracelet in. We'll provide instructions for mailing your bracelet and beads back to us.

Missing Beads or Pieces?

Don't worry if you weren't able to find every bead! In many cases, we can replace missing beads, letters, charms, or other components.

Additional charges may apply depending on the materials that need to be replaced and their availability. Contact us with a photo of what you have, and we'll let you know what options are available before completing the repair.

How to Request a Repair or Restringing

Email littlelundsco@gmail.com with:

  • Your name and order number, if available
  • A photo of the bracelet and any beads or pieces you still have
  • A brief description of what happened or what needs to be repaired

We'll review your request and provide you with pricing and instructions for sending your bracelet to us.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their bracelet to LittleLundsCo and any applicable return shipping costs. We recommend packaging all beads and bracelet pieces securely so nothing is lost during shipping.

Personalized Bracelets

Yes! We can restring and repair personalized name bracelets. If any letter beads or other components are missing, additional replacement charges may apply.

Our repair and restringing service is available for LittleLundsCo jewelry only. Because some beads and materials may change or be discontinued over time, we cannot guarantee that an exact replacement will always be available. If the original materials are unavailable, we'll contact you to discuss your options before making any changes.
