Are Little Lunds Co bracelets safe for babies?

Yes! Every bracelet is handmade with 14K gold-filled beads, which are naturally hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant. Gold-filled contains no nickel or lead that could irritate sensitive baby skin. We size our bracelets from 0–6 months (4 inches) through adult, so they fit properly and safely at every age.

Are your bracelets CPSIA/CPSC safety tested?

Yes! All Little Lunds Co bracelets are third-party tested and CPSIA compliant through Applied Technical Services, an accredited testing laboratory. Our bracelets passed all required testing including lead content analysis (CPSIA Section 101), mechanical hazards (ASTM F963-17/F963-23), small parts, sharp edges, and sharp points testing. They are rated for Age Grade 0+, meaning they are safe from birth. We take safety seriously — your little one's well-being is our top priority.

What is the difference between gold-filled and gold-plated?

Gold-filled has 50–100x more real gold than gold-plated. The gold layer in gold-filled jewelry is mechanically bonded and must be at least 5% of the total weight by law. Gold-plated uses a thin electroplated layer measured in microns. Gold-filled lasts years without tarnishing, while gold-plated typically starts to fade within weeks or months.

How do I find the right bracelet size for my baby?

We offer sizes from 0–6 months (4 inches), 6–12 months (4.5 inches), 1–4 years (5 inches), 4–8 years (5.5 inches), Adult XS (6 inches), Adult Small (6.5 inches), and Adult Medium (7 inches). Measure your child's wrist with a soft tape measure and add about half an inch for a comfortable fit.

Can my baby wear the bracelet in the bath or pool?

While 14K gold-filled is water-resistant and won't tarnish from occasional water exposure, we recommend removing bracelets before baths, pools, and the ocean to extend their life. Chemicals like chlorine and salt water can affect the finish over time.

How long does shipping take?

Every bracelet is handmade to order. Processing time is 2–4 business days, followed by standard shipping (3–7 business days). Rush processing is available for time-sensitive orders. Free shipping on orders over $75.

Do you offer mommy and me matching bracelets?

Yes! Our Mommy & Me bracelet sets are our most popular item. Each set includes a mom-size and baby/kid-size bracelet in matching styles. We offer beaded sets, chain sets, personalized name sets, and custom sets. All are handmade with 14K gold-filled materials.

Can I personalize a bracelet with my child's name?

Absolutely! Our personalized name bracelets feature 14K gold-filled letter beads with your child's name. We offer multiple styles including classic, pearl, floral, rainbow, and evil eye designs. Each bracelet is handmade to order with your custom name.

What if the bracelet doesn't fit?

We offer a resize service! If the bracelet doesn't fit perfectly, you can order a resize and we'll adjust it for you. Because each bracelet is custom-made, we recommend measuring carefully before ordering using our size guide.

Are your bracelets made in the USA?

Yes! Every Little Lunds Co bracelet is handmade in the USA by our founder Hannah. Each piece is hand-strung in small batches using high-quality, hypoallergenic materials that are gentle on tiny skin and durable enough for everyday wear.
