Refund policy

At LittleLundsCo, every bracelet is handmade with love and I want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Wrong size? We'll resize it for free.

Sizing a bracelet for a baby or toddler can be tricky, especially when it's a gift. If your bracelet arrives and the size isn't right, just reach out within 10 days and I'll resize it at no charge. Simply ship the bracelet back to us at your cost, and include $6 to cover shipping back to you.

To request a resize, email littlelundsco@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need before sending it back.

Damaged or defective item?

If your bracelet arrives damaged or has a defect, I'll make it right immediately — no questions asked. Email me a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery and I'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Because each bracelet is handmade to order, I'm not able to accept returns for change of mind. However, if something is wrong with your order I will always take care of you. Please reach out at littlelundsco@gmail.com and I'll do everything I can to make it right.

Personalized & name bracelets

Name bracelets and custom personalized orders are final sale, but the free resize policy still applies if the size is off. (just cover the shipping)

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has usually already begun and I'm unable to cancel.
